Naturally I'll be playing a
Demon Hunter primarily. The following will be edited constantly as an accumulation of my thoughts, and is for my benefit, not yours, cuz fuck you. It should be noted that the intent is to form a single arena pvp build. Skills can be swapped out at any time to suit the pve situation, but arena opponents are unknown and you only get 1 build to fight 5 varieties of opponents.
Current PVE strat is throw some multishots, rattling roll in stun, FoK, vanish hate regen, spam more multis for disc regen

Evasive Fire: 115% dmg + 15yrd backflip for 4d. Almost feels necessary when facing barbs/monks with multiple close abilities
Bola: 100% dmg to target, 75% aoe 7yrds. w/ gold 30% to regain 5d.
Hatred Spending:Impale: 275% dmg, w/ indigo 2.75s stun
Rapid Fire: 600% attack speed @ 38% dmg, w/ alabaster snares 62% for 2s. synergy w/ mark to regen some hatred
Multishot: w/ alabaster 140% volley regens 1d (up to 6d) for every enemy struck
Fan of Knives: w/ crimson 526% wpn dmg aoe 18 yrd
Discipline:Vault: w/ alabaster 3s aoe stun on destination
Smoke Screen: Vanish for 2s, w/ obsidian 30h/s for 2s (cost 15d)
Marked for Death: w/ gold +20% dmg to marked target, +2h every shot on target - synergy w/ rapid fire
Shadow Power: +30% attack speed for 8s.
Preperation: w/ gold restore all disc + 70% heal on 120s cd.
Passives:Tactical Advantage: +60% speed for 2s after evade, smoke or vault
Cull the Weak: +20% dmg to slowed targets
Steady Aim: +10% dmg when no enemy within 10 yrds.
Thrill of the Hunt: 3s root every 10s
Archery: stat boost based on wpn type
